Some guests have reported that the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, which could be a minor inconvenience on hot days.

Great location and friendly service. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and cafes. Although the room was small, it wassuper clean and cozy. The staff were accommodating and helped us with all our needs. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it for its convenient location and excellent customer service.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with multiple MRT stations nearby and Serangoon Road just a short distance away. This gives easy access to a variety of dining options, temples, and the popular Mustafa departmental store. Additionally, City Square shopping mall is also within a 5 to 10-minute walk.
I felt very cared for during my stay and had nothing to complain about.

Lobby clean and pleasant to relax in, good for coffee and catching up with emails. Reception staff helpful and attentive, attentive to guests' needs. Great location nearby to cultural attractions. Excellent value for money.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to a park and mall. The staff were excellent, providing fast and efficient service. They were attentive and even remembered my name, making the stay pleasant. The room amenities such as the AC, fridge, and free mineral water were a nice touch.
The room size felt claustrophobic, with very thin walls that allowed us to hear our neighbors. The lack of windows that could be opened made it difficult to air out the room.
